  • Service Desk: Unified Ticket Timeline — Ticket details now show a single chronological timeline that blends all status-change milestones (assigned, escalated, resolved, etc.) with the conversation thread, with filter tabs for All activity, Comments, and Status changes.

  • Inspections: Signatures & Photos in Reports — Inspection reports now render captured per-item signatures and photos directly in the PDF export and on-screen report, so collected evidence is fully visible rather than silently dropped.

  • Dashboard Builder — Admins can now build group-targeted home dashboards with a visual drag-and-drop widget canvas, draft/publish workflow, and true masonry layout — each employee group sees the right dashboard automatically.
  • Onboarding Hub: Compliance Audit Report — Onboarding plans now include a point-in-time compliance audit trail covering every form, document, e-signature, and filing — exportable as PDF or CSV for audit and legal review.
  • Time Clock Kiosk: Verified Device Enrollment — Kiosk tablets now enroll once with a session code and are recognized automatically on every subsequent visit, eliminating repeated prompts while giving managers a revoke control for lost or replaced devices.
  • Lone Worker Safety Monitoring — A new app that ensures the safety of employees working alone through scheduled check-ins, automatic missed-check-in alerts, configurable responder rosters, and an AI-powered safety agent.
  • Inspections: AI Visit Category Classification — Admins define a list of visit categories in settings, and the AI automatically classifies each visit log entry into the correct category during manual entry or bulk import.
  • Onboarding Hub: Mobile Form & Checkpoint Pages — Onboarding forms and checkpoint items now have dedicated mobile-optimized web pages, letting new hires complete enrollment steps and review checkpoints from any mobile browser.
  • AI-Assisted Inspection Visit Logs — Upload an agency inspection report and AI automatically fills the visit log and proposes findings for review, with bulk historical import for past reports.
  • Onboarding Field-Level Review and Preboarding Emails — Reviewers can now return individual form fields for correction, admins can send custom preboarding emails before a new hire's start date, and the system automatically flags conflicting identity data across onboarding forms.
  • Calendar RSVP Roster with Full Response Modal — Event hosts see a compact top-5 response summary for each RSVP group (Going, Maybe, Declined, Awaiting) with a scrollable modal to view and nudge the complete attendee roster.
  • Recognition Values — Admins can now define company values and employees can tag recognition posts to a value, with a new analytics view showing which values are being celebrated most across the organization.
  • Broadcast Acknowledgment API — New API endpoints let mobile and integrated apps surface acknowledgment-required broadcasts directly to users, showing a prioritized list of unread alerts that need a response.

  • Inspections: Visit Log — A new Visit Log tracks external auditor and surveyor visits through a structured lifecycle, with findings, severity grading, corrective actions, and cross-location trend reporting.

  • SOP Hub: Offline Access — Field workers can now access SOPs and submit completion data without an internet connection; data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

  • 360 Feedback & Outcome Automation via Rules — Performance automation rules now cover 360-degree feedback cycles and post-review outcomes (PIP, development plans), with bi-annual and company-wide annual schedule triggers.
  • Alerts & Broadcasts API: Send Now — The public API can now send alerts and broadcasts immediately, not just create drafts — with full audience targeting and approval-workflow awareness.
  • HRIS Per-Employee Paystubs — Payroll data synced from HRIS integrations is now tracked per employee per pay period, with cross-navigation between employees and their pay history in the admin data tab.
  • Review Automation Rules Engine — Admins can now build named automation rules that automatically create performance reviews based on employee tenure milestones, hire anniversaries, or quarterly triggers — replacing the previous all-or-nothing global toggle.

  • Skills Explore Catalog & Learning Resources — Employees can now browse and search the full skills and certifications catalog, view learning and exam-prep resources per skill, and receive HR notifications when they earn a bonus-eligible certification.

  • Inspection Visibility Grants — Admins and managers can now grant additional viewers to individual inspections — by person, group, department, location, or role — through a dedicated Manage Visibility panel, giving precise control over who can see sensitive inspection records.
