About the Role
The UX and Visual Designer plays a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of MangoApps. This role involves designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and engagement while maintaining a consistent and modern visual aesthetic. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about user experience, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for MangoApps products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Evolve, develop and maintain the MangoApps design system for consistency.
- Ensure designs follow best practices in accessibility and interaction design.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain brand consistency across the product and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- 5+ years of experience designing for enterprise SAAS software.
- Equally comfortable with Web and Mobile UX design
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
