MangoApps is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our customer implementation and success team. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will work with new and prospective customers to help formulate and implement their strategy around their company’s usage of MangoApps. You will build proof of concepts, solve problems, lead technical discussions, give technical demonstrations, and provide training. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to prioritize customer feature requests, troubleshoot bugs, and provide support to ensure successful adoption and usage of the platform.

You must be comfortable working with a variety of mid-size and enterprise customers across different industries. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, addressing questions, resolving issues, and serving as a trusted solutions expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementations and serve as the primary technical contact for customers.
  • Deliver product demos highlighting technical features and functionalities.
  • Build proof of concepts to address specific business needs.
  • Work with a CSM to manage implementation projects and communicate progress.
  • Reproduce and resolve customer-reported issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collect and prioritize customer feature requests in the agile development process.
  • Conduct webinars and create instructional videos on technical topics.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation, training, and support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with technical issue resolution experience.
  • Proficient with web tools, APIs, and related technologies.
  • Able to deliver demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and communicating progress.
  • Proven experience in creating technical training materials (videos, documentation).
  • Startup and SaaS experience preferred.
