We are seeking an experienced recruiter to shape the future of MangoApps by hiring top business and technical talent. In this role, you will source and manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This position is pivotal to the success of MangoApps as we continue to scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hire.
• Focus on hiring key roles, including Customer Success Managers, Support Specialists, Product Managers, Solution Engineers, UX Designers, and Enterprise Account Executives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leverage recruiting data to strategize and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of recruiting experience for technology/SAAS companies.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for technical positions.
• Experience in scaling startup environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
