About the job

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our product management team and drive the success of our AI-focused product lines. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an individual contributor while guiding and mentoring the product management team. You will lead the full product lifecycle, from market research and definition to design and delivery, starting with a focus on AI-driven products. This role is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping MangoApps' AI solutions and delivering products that make a meaningful impact on our customers.

Responsibilities

• Market Research: Analyze opportunities, customer needs, and market gaps to inform product development.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and prioritize the AI product roadmap based on business goals and customer demands.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the product team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI innovations.
• Design & User Experience: Work with design teams to create seamless AI product experiences within MangoApps.
• Product Delivery: Collaborate with engineering from requirements to release, ensuring quality and success metrics are met.
• Customer Engagement & Use Cases: Work with pilot customers to implement and test AI use cases, using the findings to iterate on product features and deliver value.
• Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including planning and creating content such as blogs, case studies, videos, and whitepapers.
• Presentations & Sales Enablement: Host webinars, create product demos, and deliver presentations to promote AI products to customers and stakeholders while equipping the sales team with product knowledge, marketing materials, and training to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, computer science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on B2B enterprise products for SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing, and how they can be applied to solve business problems.
• Proven experience managing full product life cycles, from concept to release, with a track record of delivering successful B2B SaaS products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding product teams and fostering collaboration across departments.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative, driving projects to completion independently.
