As a Sales Account Executive, you will lead our efforts to acquire and expand large enterprise accounts. Leveraging your expertise in sales and industry knowledge, you'll navigate complex sales cycles, craft tailored solutions for enterprise clients, and play a pivotal role in driving growth.

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: A competitive base between $100K and $150K/year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Commission Structure: Our uncapped commission plan ensures top performers achieve their financial goals, with target compensation of at least 2x the base salary ($200K - $300K/year or more).
  • Incentives: MangoApps rewards high achievers with additional performance bonuses and recognition programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with and qualify inbound leads to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct compelling online and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to RFPs and manage interactions with prospects to ensure engagement.
  • Provide proactive support for prospects and accounts during trial phases.
  • Strategically prospect and generate leads through email, social, and other channels.
  • Represent MangoApps at industry events, including trade shows and conferences.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address customer pain points.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of account status and sales activities in CRM tools.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in HCM, employee experience, or employee communication software.
  • Proven ability to manage longer deal cycles and prospect for opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and navigating enterprise deals.
  • Proficiency in sales tools like HubSpot and familiarity with SaaS sales strategies.
  • Strong self-starter with high energy, drive, and motivation to exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping businesses solve challenges through innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective product demonstrations.
