What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable backend APIs using RoR, Next.js and Python
- Build responsive, high-performance web applications with JavaScript, React, and modern web technologies
- Work with relational databases like Postgres and MySQL
- Collaborate withUX designers, and product teams to bring intuitive, AI-powered experiences to millions of users
- Make smart trade-offs between speed, performance, and usability in a fast-moving, product-first environment
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Python, RoR and other modern technologies
- Experience with backend development, including API design and database management
- Strong product thinking—ability to balance speed, performance, and usability
